Bad Yak Aerobatics

Flight Instruction

Tail wheel basic aerobatic training Noel Jones

As a flight instructor, I specialize in Upset Recovery, Spin Training, Basic Aerobatics, and Tail Wheel Training.  Spin training can be done in any aircraft that is approved for spins. I use a Citabria 7KCAB for upset recovery, basic aerobatics and tail wheel training. I can provide either a detailed course or provide a fun intro to any one of the courses. If you have a Flight Review coming up, why not do it in an aircraft you can get upside down in! I promise, it will be the most fun Flight Review you will have. I also provide the Spin Endorsement required for getting a CFI rating. If you are intimidated by stalls, come see me, I can make you a more confident pilot.

If you are considering purchasing a Yak 52 or own one and need specific training, I can help. The Yak is a complex aircraft and requires a different approach than most western aircraft. If treated right the Yak is just as reliable and as easy to fly as any other aircraft.

I fly out of McMinnville ,Oregon (MMV) located about 30 miles southwest of Portland. I can be reached at either noel@badyak.com or 503-474-8124.
